Beautiful Neck and Décolleté with Audrey Christian

Sponsored Post by Cozycot

A girl's age is often revealed by the neck.
While most girls diligently follow skin care regimen on their facial skin, they tend to neglect the proper care of their necks. And I am guilty as charged :(
Moreover, the skin of the neck is thinner and more delicate than that of the face, it ages faster and shows sign of aging and wrinkles earlier than the facial skin.
Two weeks ago, the product of Audrey Christian came to my rescue.

The PUSH UP Breast, Neck & Tummy Cream was developed by Audrey Christian to help women achieve a beautiful silhouette to gain their confidences and attractiveness.
It is suitable for women of all shapes and ages out there.
This fusion cream is a special blend of natural ingredients, traditional skin care knowledge and state-of-the-art biotechnology to tone and restore skin tissues.

This PUSH UP Cream can help you:

  • Regain the symmetry of your bust
  • Shape, firm and lift your breasts
  • Remove stretch marks and scars
  • Diffuse wrinkles and fine lines on your body
  • Improve cellulite
  • Improve your skin tone and quality in general
  • Boost circulation to revitalize your entire neckline/décolletage

What's more, the PUSH UP Cream helps to prevent stretch marks during the pregnancy.
Because of the natural ingredients used, it is safe for pregnant women and breastfeeding mommies. Just wipe the cream off from nipples before breastfeeding.

The cream comes in a pretty pink color tube and I love the pleasant smell of the natural ingredients with no added fragrance. The texture of the cream is very light and watery, it glides smoothly on the skin without any oily or sticky residue.
And what I love most from the cream is it doesn't have any burning sensation like most of the firming cream in the market.

The cream is immediately absorbed into the skin when it is rubbed in

The PUSH UP cream works efficiently to deliver visible result after 2 weeks application (day and night) on my neck area.
I dispensed the desired amount into my left palm and using fingertips of right hand to dab the cream and apply from left side of my neck and massage the cream with upwards motion until my chin.
It can be seen that the fine lines on my neck is less obvious now and the skin is smoother after 2 weeks usage of the cream.

Disclaimer: There is no photoshop work done in the pictures. I applied only the PUSH UP cream on my neck in both pictures.

Taking a proper care of neck is not that difficult after all, especially with an awesome product like the PUSH UP Breast, Neck & Tummy Cream by Audrey Christian.
I promise to myself that I will pay more attention to my neck area from now on.

Fasion X-treme 2013

I was invited to a Spring/Summer collection fashion show by Style Magazine two weeks ago which took place at The Marmalade Pantry, ION Orchard.
The brands featured were DKNY, enVie de Pois, Paul Ka and Vivienne Westwood.

Love the invitation card so much

Some of the canapes and desserts that were catered to guests during the show

Here are my favorite looks.

Anddd my most favorite piece of the show from Vivienne Westwood.
This dress is so awesome, love the details. It is a perfect number for a garden wedding.

A picture with my gorgeous girl, Sylvia before leaving. Can you believe she is a mother of two?

************

Headed to Tawandang Mircobrewery at Dempsey for a dinner after the show.
I used to enjoy their food but I think their standard has dropped and the service was slow :(
The price was a bit steep, we paid $160 for 3 adults and 1 kid. I think I won't be visiting this restaurant anytime soon.

Happy Birthday Annielicious Food

This is an overdue post, pardon my bad habit of procrastinating :p

We celebrated my bestie, Annie's blog turned one last month.
I am so proud of her, she is putting a lot of effort into her blog and she has gained popularity for just one year.
You just try to type 'pig stomach soup' or 'pig trotter in vinegar' or 'steamed cod fish' in google search box and her post will come on the first page of search result.
Sooooo, it was definitely worth celebrating :)

Linda and I ordered "All Chocolate" cake from Awfully Chocolate. It is a dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate fudge.
It costs SGD 51.60 for an 8 inch cake. I really love the black n white theme of the box and the black ribbon. It looks so elegant and classy.
Annie was so surprised when we showed up with this cake, it turned out that it was one of her favorite cakes.
We loved the cake so much. It tasted heavenly.

Andddd to reward us, Annie cooked one of her latest recipe then, which was Mee Rebus Johor with Begedil (deep fried potato patty). Lucky us!

Hard boiled eggs as one of the mee rebus condiments.

We help with the begedil preparation. Hence, the not so good looking begedil before frying :p

I grabbed the good looking begedil picture from Annie's blog, they are so pretty.

Check out Annie's atas Le Creuset pots. She is a big fan of Le Creuset and she has a huge collection in her house.

The super yummilicious mee rebus Johor. I have to control my saliva when I type this. This is definitely the best mee rebus that I have ever eaten in my life. Check out the generous amount of Annie's ingredients.

For the refreshment, we were served with the old school Orangina drink

and homemade longan jelly

You may check out Annie's Mee Rebus Johor recipe here and the Begedil recipe here
I am waiting for my food processor to arrive soon so I can cook this mee rebus at home. Yipieee

KEU Penang Seafood Restaurant

Penang is like my second hometown, I used to stay there for 6 years.
It was where I had a lot of good memories over the years.
However, I don't have the chance to visit Penang frequently nowadays.
Other than my bestie, the thing that I miss the most about Penang is the food.
Therefore, I am constantly looking for Penang food specialty in Singapore.

I was so excited when my friend told me there is a nice Penang assam laksa at KEU Penang Seafood Restaurant near Aljunied MRT.
It didn't take me long to fix a date with her to try it out.
We went there slightly earlier (about 6.30 pm) to avoid the long queues.

Penang assam laksa (SGD 4.50). This laksa is really yummy and it has the authentic Penang taste.

The second best dish that we tried that evening was the salted egg sotong (SGD 12)

Deep fried golden mushroom (SGD 10). This dish was nice but I am not a fan of deep fried food and I can't really taste the golden mushroom.

Penang fried kway teow (SGD 5), the average-tasting kway teow which didn't taste like any in Penang.
It didn't have the 'wok hei' taste (the flavor, taste and 'essence' imparted by a hot wok on food), which in my opinion is a requirement for Penang kway teow.

They do serve seafood i.e. crab, prawn and fish. The steamed fish looked so tempting.
Unfortunately, there were only three of us and we have ordered quite amount of food.
This restaurant is definitely in my 'must revisit soon' list.

KEU Penang Seafood Restaurant is located at 76 Geylang Lorong 25A, Singapore 388258
Tel: 9688 9788 / 6841 3002

If you are taking MRT, alight at Aljunied MRT.
Take the left exit door (Exit A) and you can spot the restaurant on your left (about one minute walking distance).
You may check out their wesbite here
